• High-Rise Fees: For deliveries above the 2nd floor without a functional lift, an additional fee of Tk 10 is charged for every 5 kg over the initial 15 kg. No extra fees apply if a lift is available for use.

• Timeline: We strive for same-day delivery, but if delays occur, we ensure fulfillment within 24 hours.

• Liability: Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

6. Returns and Product Standards

• Standard Items: If there are concerns regarding quality or price, you may return products within 7 days with a valid proof of purchase.

• Perishable Goods: Fresh or perishable items must be reported or returned within 48 hours.
